Innovation and competence center for systematic specification, analysis and test methods

Founding the innovation center in Berlin in November 2007, Berner & Mattner stepped forward in its development. The subsidiary is located close to the technical university and pursues a lively national and international knowledge exchange. It transfers promising topics from research and academics to industrial-standard applications, products and approaches.

The innovation center's service portfolio ranges from quality assurance processes for software-based systems to process optimization to sophisticated engineering solutions. Our competence centers for safety & systems engineering and requirements engineering & validation support customers in challenging development projects.

Our employees at the Berlin site push the development of systematic specification, analysis and test methods and realize numerous projects with these.

Over the past few years these have e. g. included safety concepts for electrical drives, driver assistance and steering systems. In the field of code analytics we carry out code quality assessments and error analyses in order to prevent software errors in products and to measure software quality in development and outsourcing projects. Our customers not only include automotive OEMs and Tier1s, but also leading companies from the aeronautics and transportation industry.
