Infotainment, Bluetooth and HiL test systems:
Accumulated competence in Ingolstadt

Since 2005, Berner & Mattner has also been close to AUDI. An integral part of the portfolio are the diagnostics solutions. Berner & Mattner tests the diagnostics protocols for AUDI and its suppliers in the "Test House for Diagnostics". Today, we take responsibility for the support in series for all diagnostic parts of the new infotainment system MMI-3G. This includes the specification, design and operation of test systems as well as the planning and execution of tests. The tests are executed on a diagnostic and flash test bench developed by Berner & Mattner.

In addition, we perform Bluetooth compatibility tests of newly developed mobile phones with hands-free equipment in the cars for Audi. And since 2007 we have also numbered Volkswagen and other suppliers among our customers. The portfolio ranges from the development of tools for test and simulation like our mobile preparation simulation HV-Sim and the mobile phone simulation MT-Sim to the selection of the mobile phones to be tested to the execution of integration tests.

Another focal subject is the HiL test system. It is not only the operation of these test systems but also the customized adjustment and enhancement of the Berner & Mattner products MESSINA and modularHiL that we offer. In doing so we also focus on the integration and application of the test automation solution EXAM, which is widely used throughout the VW group.

Targets of the Ingolstadt branch are the enhancement of test houses, the promotion of the model-based development of ECU function software as well as their integration at additional suppliers.
