Competence in integration tests and further development of the modularHiL concept

The Stuttgart subsidiary was founded in 2001 as the first one. It is situated in the STEP engineering park in Suttgart-Vaihingen and therefore halfway between the DAIMLER development sites Suttgart-Untertürckheim and Sindelfingen.

Our activities for the Daimler AG are focussed on ECU testing (Hardware-in-the-Loop tests). Berner & Mattner has accompanied the development since the foundation of the subsidiary and is now an important partner for the Daimler AG in the field of integration tests.

Focussing on HiL testing includes besides the operation of test systems also the development of hardware and software solutions for HiL testing as well as the development of software for test management.

The achievments of the product development in Munich with its test automation system MESSINA as well as the consulting

services of the Berlin branch in the fields of test management and test strategy complete the portfolio of the subsidiary in Stuttgart.

Since the beginning of 2008 we have supported model-based development and built up another core competence in Stuttgart. Following our motto "model-based from specification to HiL testing" we will focus our activities on the left branch of the V-model in the future.
